OYA Training Academy

About Us

The Oregon Youth Authority Training Academy is the training and development unit for the Oregon Youth Authority. We implement and track essential training for OYA staff and community partners. We provide not only in-house developed trainings but also collaborative training with vendors and partners.

The training we facilitate is for new and veteran staff of all levels. We also provide on-going training on new and updated agency policies and rules.

Our Vision: To be the preferred collaborative resource for agency employees and partners to develop the skills and attitudes needed to support youth in becoming productive members of the community.
