Online Renewals - You're Just Clicks Aways!
All you need is your:
  • Social Security Number;
  • Visa or MasterCard;
  • Oregon Real Estate Agency license number (you can look your license number up using the Agency's Licensee Search function);
  • a printer to print your Summary Information page and credit card receipt; and 
  • completed and certified Continuing Education Certification form, if you are an active licensee.
For active licenses, continuing education must be completed and certified on your Continuing Education Certification form.  If you are an affiliated broker, your principal broker must certify the education prior to renewing your license.
 
Once you're ready, click "Online Renewals," in the blue, left-hand column and follow these easy steps:

Step 1
For first time users, click on the "Register" link in the blue, left-hand column.  Complete all the information, using dashes for the date of birth but NOT for the social security number.  Then click Next to save and move to the next screen.

Step 2
Create a User ID and Password.  Then create a "question" and "answer" which will be used to change your password in the event that your password is forgotten.  An e-mail address is also required.  Click Submit.  Note:  You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail to keep for future reference.

Step 3
Next, you will be taken back to the Login screen.  Enter the User ID and Password you created in Step 2 and select Login.

Step 4
Review the information on the screen, then click Next.  Review the information on this screen, then, if none of the transaction needs apply to you, click Continue.

Step 5
Click on "Demographics" in the blue, left-hand column to start the renewal process.  The system will walk you through two screens showing the information related to your license for you to review, confirm and update as necessary.  Click Next to move on to the next screen.

Step 6
Download, print and complete the Continuing Education Certification form (if you have not done so already and your license is active), then click NextNote:  The completed certification card is required to be retained by the certifying licensee along with your continuing education documentation for this renewal period.

Step 7
Review the "Employment Information" screen.  If it is correct, click Next.  If it's not correct, log off and mail your renewal for manual processing.

Step 8
When you get to the "Questions" page, answer all of the questions, then click Next.

Step 9
Review all the information on the screen.  If changes are necessary, click on the appropriate "Renewal Checklist" link in the blue, left-hand column.  If no changes are necessary, print the page, if desired, click Next; then click Next again, then Transfer, to be taken to the payment processor.

Step 10
Click Checkout, complete the billing information, and click Continue.  Complete the credit card information, then click Submit Order.  Print Receipt then Logout.
 
Congratulations!  Your renewal is complete!
