Rulemaking Hearing Set for November 16, 2009
The Agency filed a Notice of Rulemaking Hearing on July 1, 2009. The notice is for rules that will be effective on January 1, 2010. The rule amendments and new rules are in response to rule writing required under 2009 legislation in chapter 224, Oregon Laws 2009 (Senate Bill 140), chapter 174, Oregon Laws 2009 (Senate Bill 141) and chapter 324, Oregon Laws 2009 (House Bill 2910).
New rules for brokers, property manager and escrow agents are effective as of January 1, 2009. Select the "Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 863" link below to view the new rules.
