PacifiCorp on April 3, 2009 filed its formal request with the Commission seeking an overall rate increase of 9.1% or $92 million annually.
The effect on residential customers would be 6.3%. It would be larger for other customers depending on customer class.
The Commission and other groups representing residential and industrial customers will closely examine PacifiCorp’s filing. This process historically takes about nine months to complete. The Commission will make the final decision on what adjustment is appropriate.
