Inactive Member Forms
Tier One/Tier Two  You are a Tier One/Tier Two member if you were hired before August 29, 2003, by a PERS-participating employer.
OPSRP You are an OPSRP member if you were hired on or after August 29, 2003, without previous PERS-participating employment.
IAP  You are an IAP member if you are an active Tier One/Tier Two or OPSRP member. To read more on IAP, visit the What is IAP?
