The Well Constructors Continuing Education Committee consists of four members appointed by the Water Resources Department Director, three licensed well constructors and one person from the regulatory community. The Committee reviews and approves continuing education courses and assigns continuing education credits.
Defined by Oregon Laws 2001, Sections 2, 4 and 7, chapter 496 and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 690-205-0035 through 0120 and OAR 690-240-200 through 0280.
