Dan Thorndike (CHAIR) Term Expires: 2005 Residence: Ashland
General counsel for Medford Fabrication. Member and former chair of Ashland School Board. Served as board member or officer of a number of civic and community groups including Jackson County Financing and Revenue Committees and the Rogue Valley Civic League. Received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in history from Utah State University.

He currently serves as a board member on the Walla Walla Basin Watershed Council; board member on the Hudson Bay District Improvement Company (an irrigation district); board member on SOLV; and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and a law degree from the Northwestern School of Law.
