- Take the Market Street exit
- Turn left onto Market
- Follow Market until Summer Street (two blocks past train tracks)
- Left onto Summer Street (one way)
- Follow Summer for three blocks
- OWEB is in the State Lands Building on the right side of Summer Street
- Metered parking is available on Summer Street in front of the building
- Enter in the Summer Street entrance and obtain a visitor badge from the 2nd floor reception area
- OWEB's offices are located at the south end of the 3rd floor
From I-5 North (Portland):
- Take the Market Street exit
- Turn right onto Market
- Follow Market until Summer Street (two blocks past train tracks)
- Left onto Summer Street (one way)
- Follow Summer for three blocks (past D Street)
- OWEB is in the State Lands Building on the right side of Summer Street

From Highway 22 West (Dallas):
- Enter Salem on the Center Street bridge
- Make your way to the leftmost lanes
- Stay on Center until Capitol street
- Left onto Capitol (one way)
- Stay on Capitol until D Street
- Left onto D Street. Follow D for one block
- Left onto Summer Street (one way)
- OWEB is in the State Lands Building on the right side of Summer Street
- Metered parking is available on Summer Street in front of the building
- Enter in the Summer Street entrance and obtain a visitor badge from the 2nd floor reception area
- OWEB's offices are located at the south end of the 3rd floor
