OWEB grant application forms have been updated; old application forms will NOT be accepted for OWEB's October 20, 2008 grant deadline.
 
All proposals submitted to OWEB for the October 20, 2008 deadline must use the revised application dated August 2008. If you submit an application using a previous application form, it will not be accepted.
