Future application deadlines and funding cycles were discussed at the January 2012 Board meeting held in Newport, Oregon, January 18 and 19.
At that time, the Board directed staff not to accept any new applications for land acquisitions prior to the April 2013 grant cycle to give staff time to address the current backlog.
The Board also directed staff complete a program evaluation along with partners to improve
operational efficiency and assess risk levels for OWEB investment in acquisitions.
