A memorial procession and ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2008 for Woodburn Police Captain Tom Tennant. The procession ends at the Salem Armory at the state fairgrounds. A memorial service begins at 1:00 p. m. at the Salem Armory, 2320 17th Street NE, Salem, Oregon
 
The memorial procession will begin at the Woodburn Dragstrip at 10:30 a. m. and take the following route:
  • Begin on Hwy 214 at the Woodburn Dragstrip
  • Continues East on Hwy 214 to Hwy 99-E
  • Turns South onto Hwy 99-E
  • Continues South on Hwy 99-E to Lana Ave. in Salem
  • Turns left (East) on Lana Ave.
  • Continues on Lana Ave. crossing Silverton Road into the state fairgrounds
 
There will be a reception following the service at the state fairgrounds.
