Kacey Ann Perry disappeared from her father´s house in Portland around 11:00 p.m on September 14, 1990. She may have tried to return to her mother´s house in Keizer. She was last seen wearing a bright pink blouse with black buttons, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, and black and pink socks. She was 9 years old at the time of her disappearance.
