The conference venue and the official conference hotel is the newly renovated, full service Shilo Inns Suites Oceanfront Hotel, offering guestrooms with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, south jetty and Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Shilo Inns Suites Oceanfront Hotel (links to property website) is offering a generous conference rate of only $79.00 per night plus tax. This special conference rate is good beginning Wednesday, October 5 - Tuesday October 11 so that you can arrive early or stay late and enjoy all that Newport has to offer.
Room options include Delux 2 Queen, Deluxe King, Traditional King and Traditional 2 Queen guestrooms. Room types will be assigned based on availability on a first reserved basis.
The conference center is located in Building D in the hotel complex. Some guestroom types are located in Buidling D while others are located in buildings A - C in the same complex. Download a property map prior to making your reservations and please confirm with the reservation agent the location of your guestroom in proximity to the conference center.

| South Beach State Park |

If you would like to camp in your RV or tent, we have made arrangements for you to reserve a space at South Beach State Park. You do not need to wait on hold or go through reservations. Just call the special projects toll free number (888) 953-7677. It is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Be sure to let them know you are with the conference. A one time reservation fee of $8.00 applies.

Conveniently stretching south of Yaquina Bay’s South Jetty, South Beach State Park offers easy access to miles of broad, sandy ocean beach, and a lot more. In addition to tent and RV spaces, South Beach State Park offers camping comforts in Yurt Village—the largest selection in any Oregon park. A bunk bed sleeps three, and a fold-out futon sleeps two. A large deck, camp stove, picnic table and parking are right outside.
