Draft Marr Ranch Property Master Plan
The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) has completed a draft master plan for the recently acquired property near Joseph, known as the Marr Ranch.  The plan is based on partnerships with three Tribal entities, the National Park Service, and the State Park Trust.  Input from the Associated Ditch Company, town of Joseph, Wallowa County, and other advocacy groups, and the community at large, have helped to guide the plan.

The OPRD Commission will review and comment on the current draft plan at their July 17 meeting in Baker City.
