Pets allowed in selected yurts and cabins

Reservations can be made by phone (1-800-452-5687) for stays starting May 1, 2009, at the following parks:
*South Beach (one rustic yurt, site A-30)
*Stub Stewart (one rustic cabin, site 8)
*LaPine (one rustic cabin, site 1, and one deluxe cabin, site 44)
An extra fee of $10 per night will be charged. A limit of two pets will be in effect. "Pets" are defined as dogs or cats. Information about the pet survey.

The Junior Ranger program gives kids a chance to explore a state park. By becoming a Junior Ranger, visitors 6-12 years old will get involved with plants, animals and park protection.
