The on-line versions of the administrative rules and statutes are provided for convenience of reference and enhanced access. The official record copies of these publications are the printed copies retained by the Oregon Secretary of State.

The following rules will become effective November 11, 2008. If you have questions or comments about the rule language, please contact the agency's rules coordinator, Cindy Bowman at (503) 378-4674 or by email at cindy.bowman@state.or.us. Any changes to the draft language based on stakeholder feedback, will be posted as the changes are made. The last day for public comment is October 31, 2008.
