Services that will be provided at reception centers and shelters would include:
- People with symptoms of chemical exposure will be treated and sent to a hospital that is ready to give definitive treatment.
- First-aid will be available.
- A place to stay overnight will be provided.
- Food and drink will be provided. An effort will be made to meet the special dietary needs of infants, diabetics, and others.
- The center will help you locate family members. You will be asked to sign in so that your family and friends can find you.
- Social services and organized activities will be provided for children and adults.
