|
Regulations governing the practice of nursing home administrators in Oregon are contained in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 678.710-990. Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for nursing home administration are contained in OAR 853, Divisions 001-010.
Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) statutes and rules related to procedural, administrative, licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for all OHLA-regulated professions are found in ORS 676.600-676.625 and 676.992 and OAR 331, Divisions 001-030.

The Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) filed newly revised permanent Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) for the Nursing Home Adminstrators Board (NHAB) with the Secretary of State.

The Oregon Health Licensing Agency (Agency) and the Nursing Home Administrators Board (Board) filed Notice of Proposed Rules October 14, 2011, for publication in the Oregon Bulletin on November 1, 2011. Public comment was accepted between November 1 and November 28, 2011. Below are the public comments received during the public comment period:

On April 13, 2011, the Nursing Home Administrators Board approved the administrative rule schedule (see below) or to print schedule click on this link: Administrative Rule Schedule.
The Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) filed proposed administrative rules with the Secretary of State on October 14, 2011, to standardize board rules with other professions regulated by OHLA.
Public comment will be accepted from November 1 through November 28, 2011.
