Oregon Housing and Community Services, through the
Manufactured Communities Resource Center
(MCRC) is required by Oregon law to maintain a
current list of manufactured dwelling parks in the state,
indicating the toal number of spaces in each park
(446.543(2)(c)). In addition, further legislation requires
that every landlord of a facility register in writing with
the Manufactured Communities Resource Center
(ORS 90.730).

1. To register/update park information:
