To suggest changes to the 2008 Standard Specifications or Boiler Plate Special Provisions or to suggest new Specifications, fill out the Change Request-Problem Statement/Proposed Solution form and send it to the Specification Unit.
Before filling out the form, download and save it on your hard drive. Next, open it up, fill it in, save it once again, then send it to the specifications email address at odotspecifications@odot.state.or.us
