This web page provides access to electronic copies of awarded project specifications (Special Provisions) from 1997 to the present.  The links below will direct you to ODOT's File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites.

To easily find project specific specifications, you need two pieces of information; the project key number(1) and the year the project was bid.  With this information, just pick a calendar year(2) listed under "Specifications Filed by Key Number" below, scroll down through the list and find the key number.

If you do not have either of the two items of information, you can still look for the project, but you will need to open each folder and scroll through the list of files to find your particular project.

(1) Key numbers are found in two places.  Prior to 2003, the key number is listed on the last page of the project specifications and is identified as SPSxxxxx where "xxxxx" is the key number.  From 2003 to the present, the key number is listed in the footer of each page of the project specifications.  It is also shown as SPSxxxxx.

 

(2) Most 1997 and 1998 project specifications are not filed by key number.  If you cannot find it in the either of the 1997 or 1998 folders below, open up and look through the "List of Specifications without Key Numbers" file then select the "Specifications Filed by Name" link.
