Right of Way Manager Dee Jones named ODOT Region 2 Interim Manager
SALEM – Doug Tindall, Manager of the Oregon Department of Transportation Highway Division, appointed Right of Way Manager Dee Jones as Interim Region 2 Manager effective Jan. 22. Jones will take over for Jeff Scheick, who accepted a position with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. Jones will manage about 530 employees and 24 percent of Oregon’s total highway miles as Interim Region Manager. “We all wish Jeff and his family the best and thank him for his work at ODOT,” said Tindall. “We are happy to have Dee’s 24 years of experience leading Region 2 while we fill this important position.” ODOT will recruit internally for the permanent position, followed by an external recruitment, if necessary. ##ODOT##
