For sale: 1 acre with 0.87 usable (37,897 sq. ft), more or less, located approximately three miles northwesterly of Milton-Freewater. The property is located on Prunedale (Hodgen) Road between Sunnyside-Umapine Road and Stephens Road. It is identified on the assessor’s map as 6N 35E 34B tax lot 1500. The property is zoned EFU.

Bids must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the bid amount in the form of a cashier’s check, made payable to the State of Oregon. The balance of the purchase price must be paid with 60 days of acceptance of the offer. Property will be sold “As Is”.
The State of Oregon has the right to reject any and all bids. No fax bids can be accepted.
