The State of Oregon, through the Department of Transportation, is offering the following property for sale to the public.
Property Description: An unimproved parcel of land located just to the east of the Passley Road 15’ privately-owned driveway. The property is located off Highway 101, on Dawson Road. This parcel is identified as Map and Tax Lot 40-12-2=36BA TL 200 and is 0.51 +/- acre size and is zoned R-1-6. The property is located in Brookings, Curry County.
Terms and Conditions of Sale: Property will be for sale to the public. Minimum bid is $120,000 and is for sale until an offer is accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid in the form of a cashier’s check. The balance of the purchase price must be paid within 60 days of acceptance of the offer. Property is to be sold “As Is”.
