Terms and Conditions of Sale
Bids must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the bid amount in the form of a cashier’s check made payable to the State of Oregon.  The balance of the purchase price must be paid within 60 days of acceptance of the offer.  Property will be sold “As Is”.  Access will be restricted to Greenwood Avenue/Hwy 20. 
 
The State of Oregon has the right to reject any and all bids.  No fax bids can be accepted.  All offers will be considered.
