Property Description: An unimproved parcel of land located in Linn County, off Exit 209, east side of I-5 on Belts Road. The parcel consists of approximately 2.50 acres and is zoned LI, limited industrial.
Terms and Conditions of Sale: Sale will be by sealed bid auction. Minimum bid price is $125,000. The date for bid opening is Friday, July 22, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. Bids must be accompanined by a deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid in the form of a cashier's check. The balance of the purchase must be paid within 60 days of acceptance of the offer. The State of Oregon, Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
