Project Delivery Lifecycle

To help you work smarter and quicker, we've transformed the previous Project Delivery Guidebook (2006) into this interactive graphic of the project delivery lifecycle, and provided additional links below that get you to the information you need, when you need it.

HOW TO USE: Each of the four lifecycle phases (Program Development, Project Development, Award and Construction) can be accessed by clicking on their titles alongside the graphic's edges.  (NOTE: With the advent of more Web-compliant browsers, the step links now take you to each phase's Table of Contents, instead of the specific topics; a solution is being sought.)
