Announcing the newly enhanced and relocated Project Delivery Unit website!
 One of our primary goals in revamping the website was to streamline, consolidate and simplify the information provided to enhance usability and effectiveness. The relocation of our website coincides with our unit’s move to Technical Services. The following bullets highlight the primary changes:
- LEFT NAVIGATION PANE - The Left Navigation pane of our site includes the four main categories of our unit’s focus:
- Business Systems
- Process Improvement/Program Support
- Training and Development
- Project Management Practices – New!
Incorporating professional project management techniques into business line project delivery practices is one of PDU’s primary focuses. To help illustrate how ODOT project delivery practices utilize project management techniques, we have integrated various ODOT policies, tools, and systems into the nine key knowledge areas, defined by PMI® for project management.
- BUSINESS LINE GROUPS AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS - This page provides information about the various leadership teams and business line groups responsible for project delivery within the Highway Division.
- NEW INITIATIVES - We have added a page that highlights current and future initiatives that have been or will be implemented in support of the continual improvement of the overall project delivery system.
- TOOL BOX - Here you will find the primary policies, forms, guides, manuals, etc. needed for project delivery. This page includes category tabs to help you find what you need faster.
- CONTACTS - For added convenience to our customers, we have included our organization chart and contact information on the majority of our web pages.
As we continue to evolve as a unit, expect to see further improvements and integration with other Technical Services information. We invite your review and feedback so adjustments can be made to best serve the needs of our customers.
