The Lower Perry Interchange (Grande Ronde River) Bridges project replaced the eastbound bridge at MP 257.24 and the westbound bridge at MP 257.23 over the Grande Ronde River on the Old Oregon Trail Highway (Interstate 84). This project was the first design-build project on Interstate 84.
