As part of the reorganization of the ODOT Office of Project Delivery into the ODOT Major Projects Branch, the ODOT Design-Build Unit is now the ODOT Advanced Contracting Unit (ACU). ACU will assist the Major Projects Branch in its support of major investment projects.
ACU will continue to lead the development of the Design-Build program, as well as the development of additional alternative delivery methods such as:
- Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)
- Design-Build Lite (Best Value)
- Design-Build Lite (Low-Bid)
