The Maps and Plans Center is located in the basement of the Transportation Building.  The Right of Way Engineering Group is located on the 2nd Floor.  You will need to stop at the receptionist desk in the lobby, sign in and receive a temporary badge.

 

Free Parking is available at the Hawthorne facility.  Metered parking is available around the Transportation Building for short visits.  All day paid parking is available in the Yellow Lot which is bordered by Winter Street on the West, Summer Street on the East, Union Street on the North, and Center Street on the South.

 

If you are unfamiliar with the Capitol Mall area, the Transportation Building is the Northeasterly building of the four just North of the Capitol Building. From the Southeast corner of the Yellow Lot, facing the Capitol, the Transportation Building will be to your left on the South side of Center Street.
