Highlights
New Access Management Laws - SB264
Enrolled Senate Bill 264 was signed by the governor on June 14, 2011. The bill reflects the work of a collaborative stakeholder committee in response to legislative direction to "codify, clarify, and bring consistency to issuance of access permits based on objective standards." Most of the provisions of the bill that affect the ODOT's access permit policies, rules, and procedures go into effect on January 1, 2012.
