• Application: Fill out an Application for Registration, Renewal, Replacement or Transfer of Plates and/or Stickers, Form 268
• Fees: Replace passenger plates and stickers:
  • To replace plates and stickers with the same kind of plates before the normal renewal period (120 days or more prior to the date of the registration’s expiration): $15 ($5 plate fee and $10 replacement fee).
  • To replace plates with the same kinds of plates at renewal (this can be done up to 120 days before the date the registration expires): $10 ($5 plate fee plus a $5 replacement fee) plus the regular renewal fee.
