From Portland:
- Take Hwy 30 West to St Helens.
- Go past the last traffic signal. There will be a sign saying "STATE OFFICES DMV".
- Turn LEFT.
- DMV is located in the "Old Hospital" in the back of the State Building.
PARKING NOTICE: Difficult or no parking for large (oversize) trucks or vehicle combinations.
