Going North (from Eagle Creek, Estacada and other points South)
- Travel North on the Eagle Creek Sandy Highway (OR-211) into the town of Sandy.
- Turn LEFT (West) on the Mt Hood Highway (OR-26), also labeled Proctor Blvd.
- Travel on Mt Hood Highway/Procter Blvd (OR-26) West (towards Gresham) through downtown Sandy and past the traffic signal at the Safeway.
- Look for the green DMV direction sign (between Taco Bell and Oja Lumber).
- Turn RIGHT (North) onto Kate Schmitz Ave.
- The DMV office is directly behind Taco Bell.
Going South (from points North)
- Travel South on Ten Eyck Rd into downtown Sandy.
- Turn RIGHT (West) on Proctor Blvd/Mt Hood Highway (OR-26).
- Travel West on Proctor Blvd/Mt Hood Highway (OR-26) past the traffic signal at the Safeway.
- Look for the green DMV direction sign (between Taco Bell and Oja Lumber).
- Turn RIGHT (North) onto Kate Schmitz Ave.
- The DMV office is directly behind Taco Bell.
Going East (from Gresham, Boring and Portland)
- Travel East on the Mt Hood Highway (OR-26) to the town of Sandy.
- Just past the second traffic signal, turn LEFT (North) on Kate Schmitz Ave.
- The DMV office is on the Right-hand side directly behind Taco Bell.
- If you miss Kate Schmitz Ave, you may also continue a block further East on OR-26, turn LEFT at the traffic signal (at the Safeway), then turn LEFT and go behind McDonald’s and on to the DMV office.
Going West (towards Gresham)
- Travel West on Mt Hood Highway/Procter Blvd (OR-26) through downtown Sandy and past the traffic signal at the Safeway.
- Look for the green DMV direction sign (between Taco Bell and Oja Lumber).
- Turn RIGHT (North) onto Kate Schmitz Ave.
- The DMV office is directly behind Taco Bell.
