PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however, this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.
CLOSURE NOTICE: This office is closed on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM for weekly staff meetings.
CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to statewide cost saving measures, all DMV facilities will be closed on the following days: 9/16/11, 11/25/11, 3/23/12, 5/25/12, 8/17/12, 10/19/12, 11/23/12, 1/18/13, 4/19/13, 5/24/13.
SERVICE NOTICE: This office will no longer be open Saturdays effective September 12, 2011.

Your customer number must be called by 4:00 PM in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Drive tests are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 776-6025.
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please check the Special Notices or confirm your drive test by calling the phone number above.

Going South
- From I-5 Southbound, take the Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) exit (Exit 30).
- At the end of the off-ramp, turn LEFT (East) on Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) and travel over the overpass.
- About a block past the freeway, turn RIGHT (South) on Biddle Rd (at the traffic light).
- Continue South on Biddle Rd for about 2.5 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Progress Rd (at the 2nd traffic light).
- Tturn RIGHT at the 2nd driveway.
- Turn LEFT at the 1st stop sign in the parking lot, and look for the DMV office.
Going North
- From I-5 Northbound, take the Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) exit (Exit 30).
- Turn RIGHT (East) on Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62).
- Almost immediately, turn RIGHT (South) on Biddle Rd (at the traffic light).
- Continue South on Biddle Rd for about 2.5 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Progress Rd (at the 2nd traffic light).
- Turn RIGHT at the 2nd driveway.
- Turn LEFT at the 1st stop sign in the parking lot, and look for the DMV office.
Going East
- Travel East on the Jacksonville Hwy (OR-238).
- After crossing OR-99, Jacksonville Hwy (OR-238) becomes the Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62).
- Continue East on Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62).
- About a block past I-5, turn RIGHT (South) on Biddle Rd.
- Continue South on Biddle Rd for about 2.5 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Progress Rd (at the 2nd traffic light).
- Turn RIGHT at the 2nd driveway.
- Turn LEFT at the 1st stop sign in the parking lot, and look for the DMV office.
Going West
- Travel West on McAndrews Rd.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Biddle Rd (just before I-5).
- Continue North on Biddle Rd for about 2 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (West) on Progress Rd (at the 1st traffic light).
- Turn RIGHT at the 2nd driveway.
- Turn LEFT at the 1st stop sign in the parking lot, and look for the DMV office.
