PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however, this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.
PARKING NOTICE: Difficult or no parking for oversized vehicles and vehicle combinations.
SCHEDULE NOTICE: This office is closed for a mid-day lunch period (refer to the Hours of Operation section below for more details).

LOCATION NOTICE: This office is located within a Central Oregon Community College (COCC) facility.
CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to statewide cost saving measures, all DMV facilities will be closed on the following days: 9/16/11, 11/25/11, 3/23/12, 5/25/12, 8/17/12, 10/19/12, 11/23/12, 1/18/13, 4/19/13, 5/24/13.

Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM prior to lunch or 4:00 PM prior to closure in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Drive tests are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 475-3382.

Going North
- From Northbound OR-97/OR-26, turn LEFT (West) on E St.
- Continue West on E St for about 3 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 3rd St.
- Look for the COCC Building on the Left-hand side of 3rd St about a block North of E St.
- The DMV office is located within the COCC Building on 3rd St, between D St and E St.
- There is only limited street parking available for oversize and combination vehicles.
Going South
- From Southbound OR-97/OR-26, turn RIGHT (West) on D St.
- Continue West on D St for about 2 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (South) on 3rd St.
- Look for the COCC Building on the Right-hand side of 3rd St about a block South of D St.
- The DMV office is located within the COCC Building on 3rd St, between D St and E St.
- There is only limited street parking available for oversize and combination vehicles.
Going East
- Travel East on Canyon Rd or Willow Creek Rd (Willow Creek Rd merges into Canyon Rd) toward Madras.
- As you approach Madras, Eastbound Canyon Rd becomes C St (changes around 1st St).
- Continue East on C St for another 2 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (South) on 3rd St.
- Continue South on 3rd St for about 2 blocks.
- Look for the COCC Building on the Right-hand side of 3rd St about a block South of D St.
- The DMV office is located within the COCC Building on 3rd St, between D St and E St.
- There is only limited street parking available for oversize and combination vehicles.
Going West
- Travel West on Ashwood Rd.
- As you approach Madras, Westbound Ashwood Rd becomes B St (changes just past Claremont Dr).
- Continue West on B St for several blocks (go past OR-97/OR-26).
- Turn LEFT (South) on 3rd St.
- Continue South on 3rd St for about 5 blocks.
- Look for the COCC Building on the Right-hand side of 3rd St about a block South of D St.
- The DMV office is located within the COCC Building on 3rd St, between D St and E St.
- There is only limited street parking available for oversize and combination vehicles.
