- Travel North on the Oregon Coast Highway (OR-101) across the Young's Bay Bridge.
- Once across the bridge, turn RIGHT (East) on Marine Dr at the European (circular) intersection (watch for the DMV sign).
- Continue East on Marine Dr past Dresden Ave and Antwerp St.
- The DMV office will be on the Left-hand side of the street, across from the Astoria Ford dealership.
Going South
- Travel South on the Oregon Coast Highway (OR-101) through Astoria.
- Turn LEFT (East) on Marine Dr at the European (circular) intersection (watch for the DMV sign) just before the Young's Bay Bridge.
- Continue East on Marine Dr past Dresden Ave and Antwerp St.
- The DMV office will be on the Left-hand side of the street, across from the Astoria Ford dealership.
