| Weather, road conditions close some DMV offices |

The following Oregon DMV field offices are closing or were unable to open Monday because of weather and road conditions:
- Astoria
- St. Helens
- Tillamook
In addition, other DMV offices west of the Cascades, especially along the coast, have experienced problems with electricity, telephone, computer and other weather-related impacts. In some cases, neither staff nor customers can travel conveniently today because of weather-related road closures.
