Other Proposed ODOT Rules
"Other" means rulemakings initiated by other areas of ODOT, such as Central Services Division, Financial Services and Transportation Development Division.
 

All agency rulemaking notices are published by the Secretary of State in the Oregon Bulletin. Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) rules must be approved by the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) before they can be filed with the Secretary of State and become effective. Once the public comment period has closed, the department prepares the final rule text and submits it for OTC consideration. The date of the OTC meeting at which consideration is anticipated is listed below.
