| This proposed rule implements SB 939 and provides Dept. of Aviation and the public with guidance on what information ODA must comply with. It requires that the details of ODOT’s relationship with ODA be guided by an intergovernmental agreement. It replaces a temporary rule that went into effect September 30, 2011. |
