All agency rulemaking notices are published by the Secretary of State in the Oregon Bulletin. Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) rules must be approved by the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) before they can be filed with the Secretary of State and become effective. Once the public comment period has closed, the department prepares the final rule text and submits it for OTC consideration.

|
This section contains rules adopted by the Oregon Department of Transportation approximately within the last six months. The permanent rule compilation published by the Secretary of State is updated the first of every month. The updated compilation contains all rule changes filed through the 15th of the previous month.
