Director/Commission/History Center Files, part of Business Services Section, is located at 3930 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Salem, Oregon 97302-1166.
Correspondence to and from the office of the Transportation Director and Oregon Transportation Commission is retained in our location. This correspondence is public record and must be maintained and made accessible to the public. Correspondence is maintained in accordance with general and special retention schedules. Staff provides document research assistance to other departments and agencies and partners with the ODOT Library to provide the most comprehensive resources available.
ODOT's History Center, a repository for historic documents and photographs, is co-located with the Director and Commission files and may be visited by clicking here.

Agreements and Resolutions
Director/Commission/History Center Files is the repository for agreements between ODOT and other agencies. We have access to Forest Road agreements, more than 22,000 miscellaneous agreements, 1,500 railroad agreements, and resolutions passed by the Oregon State Highway Commission and the Oregon Transportation Commission.
