Transportation Commission to meet Jan. 17 in Salem

The Oregon Transportation Commission will meet by telephone at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, in Room 122 of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol St. N.E. in Salem.
In order to make the changes necessary to implement the Governor’s Executive Order 07-22, commission members will be asked to approve a temporary amendment of Oregon Administrative Rules 735-010-0130, 735-062-0000, 735-062-0005, 735-062-0010, 735-062-0020, 735-062-0030, 735-062-0090, 735-062-0110 and 735-070-0010. In addition, commissioners will be asked to approve the temporary adoption of OAR 735-062-0021.
The public comment period regarding these rules closed Dec. 18, 2007. No oral or written comments will be accepted.
Meetings of the Oregon Transportation Commission are open to the public.
