| Overview |
|
To ensure a wide and comprehensive discussion of the projects to recommend to the Oregon Transportation Commission, after technical review, the applications will be grouped by mode and sent to advisory committees for review and public input. Applications will also be grouped by Oregon geographic region where they will be similarly reviewed by regional advisory committees (Oregon's five geographic regions fall approximately along county lines and are described as Portland/Mt. Hood; Willamette Valley/north and central Coast; southern Oregon; central Oregon; and eastern Oregon).
In June 2012, the reviewed and ranked applications will then be sent to a Final Review Committee, made up of representatives from the modal and region committees as well as other stakeholders and transportation industry experts. This committee's recommendations will go to the Oregon Transportation Commission for public input and final decision soon after that.

| Reviewer Instructions |
|
To facilitate the review process for committee members, ODOT has prepared a set of guidelines for reviewers. Committees will be expected to follow these guidelines. All people participating in the review process are encouraged to download these guidelines and read them. Included in the guidelines are checklists and templates for reporting committee recommendations.
