OHV Regulations

CLASS I

QUADS AND THREE-WHEELERS

As a quad or three-wheeler rider you must have the following:

ATV Sticker
Adequate muffler at 99db or less
Spark Arrester
Helmet if under 18
Valid drivers license or Class I operator permit, or be accompanied by a person over 18 who has either a valid drivers license or an operator permit.


CLASS II

FOUR-WHEEL DRIVES Operating a 4wd on designated trails you need the following items: ATV Sticker Adequate muffler at 99db or less Valid drivers license.


CLASS III

MOTORCYCLES As a motorcycle rider you need the following: ATV Sticker Helmet Adequate muffler at 99db or less Spark Arrester Valid drivers license, or be accompanied by a person over 18 who has a valid drivers license.
