The draft 2009 Annual Operations Plans are now available at each Oregon Department of Forestry district office, area offices and at the Salem Headquarters. These plans are posted below.
Draft 2009 Annual Operations Plans are available for review and public comment from February 11 to March 26, 2008.
Written comments on these plans will be accepted until 5:00 pm, March 26. Written comments may be sent to any district office or to the Planning Specialist at 2600 State Street, Salem, Oregon 97103.
A news release was emailed to major news media in Oregon the week before the comment period began.
GIS data for these annual operations plans is available by writing to the GIS Coordinator and requesting the GIS data for the plans which you are interested in.
Northwest Oregon Summary
A Summary Report and Summary Tables of the Annual Operations Plans from the six districts that are covered by the Northwest Oregon Forest Management Plan will be prepared. These districts are the Astoria District, Forest Grove District, Tillamook District, North Cascade District (formerly the Clackamas-Marion District), West Oregon District, and the Western Lane District.
A link to this Summary should be available by the end of February.
