Listed below are sample labels for additives typically used on forestland in Oregon. The sample labels show allowed use rates and other information, but they are not the legally required labels that come with the actual additive product. See the labels that come with the actual additive product for current label requirements.
Sample label sources for this page are Crop Data Management Service, the U.S. Forest Service, and various manufacturers. The use of product names on this page does not constitute endorsement of any product.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Do not substitute the sample labels for the labels that come with the actual products. Pesticides and additives must be used according to the instructions on the labels that come with the products.
- Carefully read the label that comes with the pesticide or additive product to see how to use the product and to see if the way you plan to use it is allowed.
- Always obey all requirements on the labels that come with the actual pesticide and additive products.
- Always obey all pesticide regulations.
- Contact the Oregon Department of Agriculture, Pesticides Division to find out if a pesticide is registered for use in Oregon.
