Oregon Smoke Management Plan Information
Information shown below is included in the Smoke Management Reference Manual that is available to field users working in the Smoke Management Program. This same information also may be reviewed online at the links listed below. The statute, rules, directive and visibility plan elements constitute the forest land prescribed burning portion of the Oregon Clean Air Act State Implementation Plan requirements that are on file with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in compliance with the federal Clean Air Act.
