Forms Menu
All of the links in the menu below open or download files that have been saved in Adobe Reader portable document format (pdf). To read them, you must have a copy of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To download a free copy, or to get help with the application, go the Adobe Website.
All files in the menu are followed by a parenthetical notation that gives the size of the file, which is described either in kilobytes (KB) or megabytes (MB). (1,024 kilobytes = 1 megabyte)
To open a file from the menu, click on the link.
To download a file from the menu:
- For computers using a Windows operating system: Right-click on the link, choose "Save Target As ..." from the pop-up menu, choose the directory on your computer into which the file will download, and click on the "Save" button. The file will download to your computer.
- For computers using a Macintosh operating system: Click and hold on the link. Drag the link to your desktop, or a folder, and release the mouse button. The file will download to your computer.

Property Evaluation & Certification Self-Help Guide
Before you click, know what you´re getting. The "Entire publication" link opens or downloads to your computer the full 32-page Property Evaluation & Certification Guide. It is a very large file and may take quite a while to download if you are accessing the Internet via a modem. The publication is bookmarked and includes hyperlinks to World Wide Web sites. The "Chapters" links open or download individual chapters from the Property Evaluation & Certification Guide. Choosing one or more of the chapters may be the choice to make if you only want to read specific portions of the guide. These files contain bookmarks that link among the chapters.
