CONTRACT INFORMATION

The scope of the Interagency Firefighting Crew Agreement (IFCA) is for private contractors to provide the services of Type 2 twenty-person fire crews, including vehicles and equipment, for wildland fires within the states of Oregon and Washington. Government may dispatch contract resources outside of Oregon and Washington.

2012 IFCA Information

The 2009 Interagency Firefighting Crew Agreement (IFCA) has been extended for an additional year. This final extension is effective on December 01, 2011, and will expire on November 30, 2012, unless terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the IFCA.

With the concurrence of the Pacific Northwest Wildfire Coordination Group (PNWCG), the Oregon Department of Forestry intends to solicit a new interagency firefighting crew agreement in 2012. It is our intent to have the solicitation released on Oregon's state procurement website, ORPIN, sometime in September 2012.
